Home Instead is a member of the national Home Instead Senior Care service network of private providers of non-medical companions and home care for seniors.

NON-MEDICAL SERVICES

Home Instead Senior Care is a non-medical service designed for people capable of managing their physical needs, but require limited assistance, light housework and/or companionship in order to remain at home.

Temporary assistance is also available for those family members who on occasion need respite services.

PERSONALIZED CARE

Home Instead provides one-on-one personalized care and assistance in a broad array of day-to-day activities.

• Companionship and friendly conversation.
  
  
• Planning, cooking and serving nutrition meals.
  
  
• Light domestic housework, laundry and ironing.
  
  
• Shopping, errands and/or incidental transportation to church, social events and appointments.
  
  
• Monitor conditions in and around the home.
  
  
• Regularly inform family members of care experiences.

Home Instead Senior Care also includes "... the 'little things' that are critically important in establishing a strong compatible relationship."

• Encourage and assist with correspondence and reading to stimulate reasoning and reflection.
  
  
• Offer guidance and assistance with grooming, dress and light exercise.
  
  
• Motive and monitor a regular diet plan.
  
  
• Organize and clarify the clutter of incoming information, mail and statements.
  
  
• Plan and assist with limited entertaining.

Home Instead Senior Care can be arranged for as little as a few hours or as many as 24 hours a day. Short term assistance or longer term care is available seven days a week, including holidays.
