Higher Fitness Levels Are Easy

SSWELL

A fitness program specifically created for seniors by seniors

Most every senior knows in their heart that life would be more fulfilling if they enjoyed a higher level of physical fitness. Unfortunately for us 50-plusers, our generations were brought up to believe they are doomed to a bleak future of continual, unavoidable, and extensive physical and mental decline. Fortunately the truth is far more encouraging than the expectation.

There presently exists a huge body of scientific data that proves conclusively that a sound physical fitness regimen coupled with proper diet and adequate rest can significantly reduce the severity and pace of anticipated decline. More importantly, such a program can, in most cases, reverse many of the negative aspects of the aging process as they relate to inactive or sedentary seniors.

The great news is that "seniors fitness" is not an oxymoron as many people think. Seniors of any age and practically any physical condition can improve their health, fitness, and enjoyment of life.

SSWELL is an exciting new program of seniors' fitness training. For the first time a practical, simple, inexpensive, results oriented program is available for seniors. The SSWELL is a fitness program specifically created for seniors by seniors ... and gives every senior full measure of credit for their maximum capability and potential, which, in practically every case, is far more than most people realize.

SSWELL participants should expect results after completing the initial eight weeks of training. They should expect to feel much younger and to once again be able to enjoy those wonderful things "they used to do." A resurgence in confidence in physical capabilities spills over into a huge psychological life with the realization you can have an exciting future.

SSWELL does NOT promise instant gratification, or unbelievable results for a few minutes a day effort because "there is no such thing." The SSWELL deals solely in truth and reality. If you want to realize the incredible potential possible from a sound fitness regimen, you have to invest the time and effort for the sake of your own well being. As in any worthwhile endeavor, the key to success is a positive attitude coupled with the willingness to work.

The SSWELL program is currently available for both individuals and groups:

A 45 minute instructional video, "You Can Do Much More For Your Body," explains and demonstrates everything you need to know to succeed. Relatively inexpensive equipment is required. Workouts are performed in the privacy, comfort and convenience of your own home.

An on-site program for centers, congregate service sites and facilities serving seniors is available for groups.

The SSWELL program requires a committed 40 to 45 minutes per day, three days a week of your time. It is a safe, carefully crafted, impeccably detailed and comprehensive program that will enable everyone to achieve their maximum physical potential within these reasonable workout times.

Exercises are simple:

  • Each individual starts at their own comfortable pace, commensurate with their physical condition
  • All parts of the body are attended to by a specially selected variety of exercises
  • Safety is a cardinal rule
  • Extremely positive results are easily attainable
  • To alleviate boredom, participants can watch their favorite show on TV while working out
  • There are no ballistic exercises and back compression is minimal
  • The program is constructed so that no one should fail
  • Last but not least, it's fun ... and it works!
